These terms apply to Reclaim the Core coaching purchased from Desislava Ilieva Petkova, based in Denmark. They are intended to be read together with the information on the relevant coaching offer and the Coaching FAQ.
Coaching service
Reclaim the Core coaching is provided online via Zoom. Each session is 60 minutes.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care.
Prices and payment
The price and payment options shown at the time of purchase apply to your order.
Current coaching offers are:
- One Reclaim Session: 1 session — 1,100 DKK
- Five Reclaim Sessions: 5 sessions — 5,000 DKK, valid for 6 months
- Ten Reclaim Sessions: 10 sessions — 9,500 DKK, valid for 12 months
Where an instalment plan has been agreed, the agreed instalments remain payable according to that payment plan unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Booking and package validity
Package sessions do not need to be booked at once. They must be used within the stated validity period of the package.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session more than 24 hours before the appointment without losing that session.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, or do not attend, the booked session is considered used. For packages, only that session is affected; remaining sessions stay available within the package validity period.
Withdrawal and refunds
Your purchase may be subject to statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depending on the consumer law applicable to you. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies — including the 14-day withdrawal right that generally applies to eligible online service purchases by consumers in the EU — that right will be honoured.
If you expressly request coaching to begin during an applicable withdrawal period and later exercise a statutory right of withdrawal before that period expires, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for coaching already provided where permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law provides that a statutory withdrawal right ends once a service has been fully performed, this will apply only where the legal requirements for your prior express consent and acknowledgement have been met.
Once any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable for change of mind or a decision not to continue, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
How to exercise an applicable right of withdrawal
If a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase and you wish to use it, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email to hello@reclaim-thecore.com before the applicable deadline.
Where required by applicable law, any refund due following a valid withdrawal will be made in accordance with those legal requirements.
Starting coaching during a withdrawal period
If you choose to book and receive coaching before an applicable statutory withdrawal period has ended, additional express consent or acknowledgement may be requested before the service begins. Accepting these Terms alone should not be understood as a separate request to begin performance early where applicable law requires such a request.
