The philosophy

Returning.
And becoming.

Sometimes we return to something in ourselves that we lost along the way. Sometimes we become something we have never had the space to be before.

Your body, emotions, relationships, boundaries, work and sense of belonging all affect how you experience yourself. Reclaim the Core makes room for their connection.

Meet the four movements
Recognition, Return, Integration and Transformation arranged around an upward spiral of growing capacity
Sustainable change is both returning and becoming.

Four movements. Many returns.

A practice you can keep living.

Recognition

Seeing what is happening and finding language for what you have been living.

Return

Coming back to what you recognised and choosing a different response when you have the capacity.

Integration

What you understand begins to become something you can live.

Transformation

Through repeated returns, your choices and daily life begin to reflect more of what is true for you.

You can recognise a pattern and meet it again. That does not erase what you have learned. The question becomes what you can notice and practise with the capacity you have today.

The movements can overlap and lead into one another. Return is available at any point. You do not have to make your experience fit a fixed sequence.
